Cristian Voicu is an insolvency practitioner with more than ten years of experience in insolvency, judicial reorganisation and bankruptcy proceedings. His work covers both the administration of proceedings and the analysis and structuring of solutions for companies in financial difficulty, creditors, investors and entrepreneurs.

His experience includes mandates as judicial administrator and judicial liquidator, restructurings and reorganisations, the realisation of assets and managing the relationship between debtors, creditors and the other participants in the proceedings. He is also involved in projects concerning the acquisition or sale of assets and companies in difficulty, as well as in dissolution and voluntary liquidation proceedings.

Cristian has a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, based on the experience gained in handling more than 200 insolvency and bankruptcy cases. His collaboration with leading practitioners and firms in the field allows him to contribute both to the administration of proceedings and to building restructuring and recovery strategies in complex mandates.
