A firm built for the moments that matter.
BSA was created with a practical vision of legal practice: the law must be explained clearly, applied correctly and turned into a real advantage for the client.
In a context where legal decisions can directly influence the running of a company, a person's liberty, the continuity of a project or the stability of an investment, a lawyer must be more than an adviser. They must be a strategic partner.

The BSA team is made up of 12 lawyers, with experience in complementary areas of practice. This structure allows us to handle mandates involving several legal directions at once: litigation, contractual advice, corporate law, taxation, criminal law, business criminal law, regulatory matters, technology and transactions.
In complex mandates, there is rarely a single legal issue. A criminal case may have commercial, tax and reputational implications. An M&A transaction may involve corporate, tax, contractual and regulatory analysis, as well as compliance risks.

BSA advised a major transport-sector company in commercial litigation concerning the performance of contractual obligations and the recovery of receivables arising from a complex, long-standing commercial relationship. The economic stakes exceeded 10,000,000 RON. The legal strategy was built around clarifying the contractual mechanism and repositioning the evidentiary framework, with a direct impact on the client's cash flow and operational stability.

BSA advised a leading capital markets player on a strategic project concerning the assessment and integration of crypto-asset components into its business model. The mandate was carried out against an evolving regulatory backdrop, in which legal decisions had to be calibrated with care.
The project concerned a business line with development potential in the range of several million euro, conditional upon rigorous legal integration. The project enabled the client to move forward in a controlled manner, with a clear understanding of the legal boundaries.

M&A transaction with a Polish investor

BSA provided legal assistance in a mergers and acquisitions transaction valued at over EUR 20 million, through which a Polish investor entered the Romanian market in the meat industry.
