Anca Colesea coordinates BSA's administrative and operational activity, playing a central role in the smooth running of the firm and in the day-to-day experience of clients and the team. She is the person who connects the many parts of the firm's internal work and makes sure things happen on time, consistently and with attention to detail.

Her role covers the operational organisation of the office, logistics coordination, the relationship with suppliers and support for the team, as well as many points of contact with clients. Anca contributes directly to maintaining a high standard of professionalism, availability and care in every interaction with the firm.

Through her organisational ability, her calm in busy situations and the attention she gives to people, Anca contributes to a smooth experience for clients and the team alike, and is one of the people who keep BSA's day-to-day operations coherent.
